Rhine-Ruhr 2025 invites creative agencies for logo and visual identity project

Dusseldorf | November 8, 2022: Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU Games gGmbH invites creative agencies to develop captivating, youthful and futuristic visual and brand identity for the largest global university sport event.

Five cities of the North Rhine Westphalia region are set to host the largest sporting event in Germany since the 1972 Olympic Games, wherein around 10,000 student-athletes and officials from up to 170 countries are expected to take part in 2025.

Our brand identity should reflect the Rhine-Ruhr region’s rich history, diversity and growing significance as the hub of sport, education, science and arts.

Rhine-Ruhr 2025 holds the unique distinction of hosting a multi-city multi-sport event across Bochum, Duisburg, Düsseldorf, Essen and Mülheim an der Ruhr. The identity should also represent the local culture, traditions and the landscape of the metropolitan region.
