To strengthen our team, we are looking from July 14th to July 28th, 2025, daily between 6-10 AM and 6-10 PM for a

Quartiersmanager (m/f/d)

During the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games, national and international volunteers will have the opportunity to stay overnight in school gyms.

We are looking for motivated helpers to take over the organisation on site for us as a Quartiersmanager. Whether you are a student, a senior or anything in between - what counts is your enthusiasm for participating in international mega sporting events.

The following tasks are the main focus of your work:

Supervision of a school gym as part of a team
Welcoming and checking in the volunteers staying overnight
Checking volunteer accreditation
Checking maximum occupancy
Contact person for questions on site
Coordination with caretakers and the cleaning service
Enforcement of house rules and hygiene measures
Facility management
Opening and closing of the sports halls during shift times
Evacuation of volunteers in case of fire, with assistance from security personnel

You bring the following skills & knowledge with you:

Minimum age of 21
Good knowledge of German and Englisch
Availability during the specified period
Motivation to help shape the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games on a voluntary basis
