Grab your favorite drink and snack, find a cozy corner, and catch up with friends new and old.

Take a breath. Sink into a beanbag or soft chair, plug into your playlist, and enjoy a moment of calm.
Work Zone
Need to focus or catch up on schoolwork? We’ve got outlets, Wi-Fi, and everything else you need to get in the zone.
Blackroll Recovery World
Release, reset, and rest. Stretch with top recovery tools in our chill-out recovery zone powered by Blackroll.
Located in the warmup area
Game Zone
Step into our social zone — challenge someone to cards, dive into board games, or just hang out and vibe with other athletes.

If you’ve simply run out or don’t know where to buy them, condoms are available in the Delegation Lounge.
Laundry Self-Service

The Laundry Self-Service is open from 7:00 - 22:00, 14 July - 20 July
Whether it’s after training, competition, or a long travel day — we’ve got you covered. The FISU Games Neighbourhood provides a convenient laundry self-service to keep you feeling fresh and ready.
How It Works:
You’ll find 3 washing machines and 3 dryers available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Clear instructions are posted next to every machine — easy to follow, no matter your language.
Volunteers are on site to help if you have questions or need support.
Laundry detergent and baskets are provided for your convenience.
Don’t forget: This is a self-service station, so please set a timer and don’t leave your clothes inside too long — others are waiting too!
Gym

The gym is open daily from 7:00 to 22.00, 14 July – 20 July 2025
Stay at the top of your game with our fully equipped gym designed to support all your training needs during the FISU Games.
What’s Inside:
Strength training equipment: free weights, weight machines
Functional training zones including mats and kettlebells
Don’t forget to bring and use your own towels!
Our gym is the perfect place for a full workout or a quick warm-up to keep you ready for competition!
Information
Sport Information Desk
Specialized support for all athletes and coaches. Find up-to-date competition details, results, and venue-specific information to help you navigate your sport’s schedule with ease. Additionally, you can pick up ice bags (crushed ice) here if needed.
Spaces
Meeting Rooms
Flexible and fully equipped spaces where teams can strategize, hold briefings, or connect with officials. Perfect for group discussions or confidential talks during the Games. Meeting Rooms and Co-Working Spaces is a shared Area.
Co-Working Spaces
Modern work environments for delegates to catch up on emails, connect remotely, or collaborate with peers in a comfortable and tech-enabled setting. Meeting Rooms and Co-Working Spaces is a shared Area.
Faith Rooms
Quiet, respectful spaces dedicated to personal reflection, prayer, or meditation. Open to all athletes and delegates regardless of faith or background.

Medical
Medical Centre
The Medical Centre serves as the first point of contact for delegation members and technical officials with medical concerns. It is staffed with at least one physician and equipped with first aid and emergency supplies, as well as a selection of acute and general medicines. Further information, including opening hours, can be found in the Medical Services Guide.
Physio Room OC
The OC Physiotherapy Rooms are staffed by at least one male and one female therapist during opening hours. They are equipped with treatment benches and physiotherapy consumables. Services can be booked in advance via the Booking Tool. If no bookings have been made, services are available on a short-term, first-come, first-served basis. Further details, including opening hours, can be found in the Medical Services Guide.
Physio Room DEL
The Delegation Physiotherapy Rooms are shared treatment spaces for use by the delegation’s own medical staff. They are equipped with treatment benches and hand and surface disinfectants. Booking in advance is possible via the Booking Tool.
Delegation Dining Area
Enjoy nutritious meals specially designed to meet athletes’ dietary requirements. This dedicated dining area offers a comfortable place to refuel and socialize between training sessions and competitions.

Lunch: 11:30 – 15:00
Dinner: 18:00 – 22:00
Late Dinner: 22:00 – 23:00 (18 July and 19 July 2025)
