The opening hours for the festival programme are as follows:
Bochum:
Thu & Fri: 2 - 6 pm (festival programme); 6 - 10 pm (evening programme/concerts)
Sat & Sun: 11 - 6 pm (festival programme); 6 - 10 pm (evening programme/concerts)
Duisburg: 12 - 6 pm (festival programme); 6 - 10 pm (evening programme/concerts)
Essen: 12 - 6 pm (festival programme); 6 - 10 pm (evening programme/concerts)
Do I need a ticket for the Festival?
Whether you need a ticket to attend the festival depends on the city. In Essen, you will need a ticket – such as a Ground Pass, Day Pass, or Sports Ticket. In Bochum and Duisburg, you can access the general festival areas without a ticket. However, some concerts may require a separate ticket.
