To strengthen our team, we are looking for the next possible date for a
IT Service Manager (w/m/d)
In the implementing company of the Rhein Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games Full-time / 40 hours per week / fixed-term contract with a reason in kind until late summer 2025.
We would entrust you in particular with the fulfilment of these tasks:
Central contact point for management and staff for all questions regarding the implementation and use of all IT applications
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders (project sponsors, technology partners and service providers)
Providing layer 1 support to team members
Documentation of weekly meetings with the CTO and the service provider
Documenting all incidents via the service desk
Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software
Creating user accounts and performing access control
Performing diagnostic tests and troubleshooting procedures to optimise computer systems.
Manage all equipment orders
You bring the following skills & knowledge with you:
Extensive experience in IT administration
Skills in optimising the performance of the IT infrastructure
Well structured, conceptual and networked thinking, strong hands on mentality
Persuasiveness, assertiveness & organisational skills coupled with high emotional intelligence
High degree of flexibility and an engaging manner
Communication skills (also in German)
