Media Accreditation

The Spring Heads of Delegation Meeting will take place in Düsseldorf, Germany from 6 to 11 April 2025. The Heads of Delegation and delegation representatives from all over the world will come together to receive important information about the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games Summer and visit the sport venues and accommodation sites. A special highlight of this week is the Team Draw event on 7 April 2025 at Luftschiffhangar in Mülheim an der Ruhr, where the official Team Draw for the team sports will take place. During the Team Draw, delegations will find out who they will play with in the team sport group stages - this includes basketball, volleyball and water polo. We cordially invite you as media representatives to the Team Draw event on 7 April 2025.

The Team Draw begins at 18:30 (CET). Please use this media accreditation form to submit your application.

Here (in German) you will find useful tipps and guidelines on how to fill out and submit the form. Media accreditation is possible until 31 March 2025.

The detailed programme will be published at a later date. Please note: Media accreditation for the Team Draw event as part of the Spring Heads of Delegation Meeting is independent of media accreditation for the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games. If you are interested in reporting on the FISU Games themselves, please note that a separate accreditation process with a separate form is required for this. Your data from the media accreditation for the Team Draw will not be transferred automatically.
