The FISU World Conference is the academic highlight of the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games. From 17 to 19 July 2025, the Jahrhunderthalle Bochum will transform into a hub for scholars, researchers, and students from around the globe.
In line with its theme, "Competing for change: exploring sustainability and (mental) health through sports", the FISU World Conference will offer exciting insights into four key subtopics:
Mental health and performance under pressure among athletes.
Balancing acts: work-life balance and resilience among high-performance coaches, referees and the entourage.
Ecological sustainability on campus.
Health and well-being in sports and physical activity.
