Experience the Schwebodrom in Wuppertal!
At the Schwebodrom, you’ll dive into three fascinating experience worlds that take you deep into the history of the Wuppertal Suspension Railway. From an immersive projection on 19th-century mobility to exciting exhibits and anecdotes, all the way to a VR time travel ride in an original 1900 suspension railway car – an unforgettable experience awaits. Between July 10 and August 10, you’ll receive a 50% discount on your ticket (this offer also applies to reduced tickets). Simply purchase your ticket on-site and show your volunteer accreditation. Movie Park Germany – Action straight out of the movies!
Germany’s largest movie and theme park invites you to a day full of thrills, roller coasters, and cinematic adventures! From stunning stunt shows to the immersive “Movie Park Studio Tour” or the warp-speed “Star Trek: Operation Enterprise” coaster: You’ll be the star of the day. Younger visitors can dive into “Adventure Bay” and meet their PAW Patrol heroes in Europe’s largest "Nickelodeon LAND". BergWerk Berlin - Europe’s largest indoor climbing park
Looking for movement, adventure, and a good dose of adrenaline? Then BergWerk Berlin is the place to be! Located in a former multiplex cinema inside the Helle Mitte shopping center, Europe’s largest indoor climbing park offers breathtaking heights, innovative routes, and top-of-the-line safety systems. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced climber, there’s something here for everyone.
As a volunteer, you only pay the children’s rate on-site. Which means you save €5 on the regular admission price. Just show your volunteer accreditation when purchasing your ticket. The BergWerk Berlin team can’t wait to welcome you!
Volkshochschule Bochum – Learn, explore, get involved!
As a Rhine-Ruhr 2025 volunteer, you’ll receive an additional 10 % discount on all courses in July at vhs Bochum. Combinable with the regular 40 % or 70 % discounts (depending on eligibility). Whether you’re into creativity, languages, philosophy or nature: The summer program has something for everyone!
You’ll find all courses, details about discounts, and the online registration with proof on vhs.bochum.de.

You can register yourself online at any time. You can then send your accreditation as a volunteer and other discount certificates by email to vhs@bochum.de. HAPIK is a colorful climbing adventure for kids and adults alike! With exciting challenges, various difficulty levels and fully automatic safety systems, you can climb safely without prior experience or a belay partner – even the little ones can join in without worry.
