We are delighted to announce that abstract submissions for our upcoming conference opened on 1 October 2024. Researchers and practitioners are encouraged to submit their abstracts electronically using the designated form. Please follow the instructions provided to complete your submission. We look forward to receiving your contributions and to a diverse and engaging conference programme.
Requirements
Abstract submission opened on 1 October 2024 and is accessible via this link.
Open the form and start the submission process. All abstracts must be submitted electronically, and submissions received in any other way, including hard copy, will not be accepted.
In the form, clearly indicate the subtheme you address and format (poster / presentation in a parallel session) you prefer.
Submission Deadline is 15 January 2025. Abstract submissions received after the due date will not be accepted.
Each abstract will be reviewed in a double-blind process by international experts of the field. Successful applications will be chosen based on the quality, diversity, and the degree to which the proposed content informs, engages, and addresses the selection criteria.
Acceptance of abstract will be communicated at the latest by 31 March 2025. Abstract submission does not constitute the legal right to have the abstract accepted and/or participate in the conference as a speaker.
Full paper / poster shall be shared no later than 15 June 2025.
Further notes
Registration and submission must be done by the first author. In case of a shared-first authorship, each person may submit the abstract.
Each first author can only submit a maximum of 2 abstracts. It is no problem if a first author has submitted 2 abstracts and is listed in another abstract as a co-author.
The author shall ensure authenticity and objectivity of the content of the abstract and is held responsible for the abstract.
The abstract cannot have been published before.
Please ensure the following formal standards:
300 words maximum (not including title, subheadings, author block and references).
The title of the abstract is limited to 15 words.
The abstract cannot include photos, illustrations, graphs, tables, charts etc. within the text.
