Media accreditation for the Team Draw on 7 April is now open

Media accreditation is now open for the Team Draw event of the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games Summer, taking place on 7 April 2025 at the historic Luftschiffhangar in Mülheim an der Ruhr. This highly anticipated event will determine the group-stage matchups for team sports, including basketball, volleyball, and water polo.

The Spring Heads of Delegation Meeting will also be held from 6 to 11 April 2025 in Düsseldorf, bringing together delegation leaders and representatives from around the world. Attendees will receive key updates on the Games and have the opportunity to visit sport venues and accommodation sites ahead of the competition.

Media Invitation & Accreditation

Media representatives are invited to cover the Team Draw event on 7 April 2025. To apply for accreditation, please complete the media accreditation form. A German-language guide with helpful tips on completing the form is also available.

Important Dates

Please note: Accreditation for the Team Draw event is separate from accreditation for the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games. Journalists wishing to cover the Games must apply through a separate process, as data from the Team Draw accreditation will not be transferred automatically.
