As a volunteer at the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games, your uniform plays an essential role in representing the event. It ensures that volunteers are easily recognizable by athletes, spectators, and event staff while creating a sense of unity and professionalism.
In order to smoothly collect your uniform and accreditation, you must go to the Uniform Distribution and Accreditation Center (UDAC).
Uniform distribution will be conducted at the same venue as accreditation distribution. Volunteers who are going to be receiving uniforms will also receive an E-mail confirmation that their accreditation is ready for collection including information about what documents to bring for collection.
You may arrive at the UDAC to collect your uniform and accreditation once you have received the email stating that it is ready for collection.
Upon arrival you will need to show this email to the staff in order to be let into the UDAC. If someone is unable to present the email, they will be denied entry.
