All volunteers will receive an accreditation, which serves as your official identification for the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games. This badge is mandatory and must be worn at all times while on duty. It grants you access to specific venues, areas, and facilities based on your assigned role.
Please note: You can only get the accreditation by proving your identity with a valid identity card and the email you receive stating that you can collect your accreditation. So don’t forget to bring your ID and the email letter with you while coming to the Uniform Distribution and Accreditation Centre (UDAC).
Will give you access to your venues and the relevant zones within the venues
Is needed for check-in
Contains your ticket for free public transport (between 11.07. und 28.07 / VRR in NRW and Zone A & B VBB in Berlin)
Needs to be worn at all times uring your shifts
The accreditation card contains sensitive personal information. Please take note of the following:
Do not wear it outside of official venues.
Do not take a photo of your accreditation badge.
Do not post it on your social media or send photos of it to others.
